Precautions:
1.Clean the surface with a soft cloth and make sure that the measuring surface of the gauge block and caliper is clean
and free of dirt and after use to avoid dust, oil and other impurities affecting the measurement results.
2.Select the appropriate measuring block according to the measuring range of the caliper.
3.Place the gauge block between the measuring surfaces of the caliper, gently close the caliper, and read the measured value.
4.Compare the measured value of the caliper with the standard size of the gauge block to determine whether the accuracy of
the caliper meets the requirements.
5.The gauge block is a high-precision tool, and collisions and drops should be avoided so as not to affect its accuracy.
6.The gauge block should be stored in a dry, dust-free environment to avoid moisture and pollution.
